We had a later start to this day, and I needed it. I woke up late, and got some lunch before we met to go to the Senate and the Luxembourg Gardens. In was grateful to learn about the different process and the history of the building. As this was our only meeting for the day, I went back to the hotel early and tried to catch up on some more sleep.
